Order Processing and Dispatch
All our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Orders are generally shipped within 7-14 working days. However, some artisanal pieces may take up to 21 days for dispatch. Each product listing includes the expected dispatch timeline in its description.
Delivery Timeline
- Within India: Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
- International Shipping: Delivery times may vary based on the destination. All orders are shipped from our studio, using reliable merchant couriers.
Shipping Within India
We offer free shipping on all products within India. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to most major countries, including the USA, UK, Middle East, Europe, Japan, and Hong Kong. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and the destination zone. Please note that PURI is not responsible for any delays or holds that may occur at customs or other checkpoints in the destination country.
Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it for any reason. If you wish to return or exchange an item after receiving your order, please refer to our Return Policy.

We take great care to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display the colors perfectly. Additionally, as all items at PURI are made to order, slight color variations may occur between different dyeing & weaving batches.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product received is damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased on sale.

Conditions for Exchange:
An exchange will only be accepted if the product received is damaged. Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags fully attached, and returned in their undamaged packaging. -
Ineligible for Return or Exchange:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for: - Items purchased from other retail locations or websites.
- Merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
- End-of-season sale or final sale items.
Additional Notes:
- All products are made with mindful craftsmanship, and quality control checks are performed on every item before shipping. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria or are requested beyond the 3-day grace period.
- We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions. Similarly, we do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.
- Please note that any claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
